A home designed to bring respect and dignity back to the aging

When you can no longer live at home...Iveagh Trust, A RESIDENCE FOR THE ELDERLY offers the elderly a chance to improve the quality of life during the normal process of aging. Our goal is to prevent morbidity and enable our residents to age in place rather than being discharged to a nursing facility.

Iveagh Trust offers a quality living experience for their residents, as well as assisting them with personal care needs, medications, activities, dietary needs, and other assistance as needed.

Iveagh Trust requires on-going educational programs for staff, residents, and their families, on the process and care of the normal part of aging. Our goal is to continually seek out new and innovative ideas to better provide care for our residents, while focusing on personalized service for each individual resident and maintaining a high standard of affordable housing to seniors.

Iveagh Trust offers temporary of long-term, non-medical residential services to adults who are substantially unable to live independently. Resident dependence may be the result of physical or other limitations associated with age, physical or mental disabilities, or other factors. Residents can expect an enriched housing program. Residents will also be provided with personal care or supervision of their personal care to maintain good health and hygiene, to carry out the basic activities of daily living, and to participate in the ongoing activities of the facility.

Iveagh Trust is designed as an alternative to nursing home placement for individuals who historically have been admitted to nursing facilities for reasons that are primarily social, rather than medical in nature. Iveagh Trust will be responsible for providing or arranging for resident services that must include room, board, housekeeping, supervision, personal care, case management, and home health services.

The staff at Iveagh Trust continually demonstrates good character, competency, and the ability to operate the facility in compliance with law and regulations. Iveagh Trust welcomes periodic inspections to determine that the facility is being operated in a manner that protects the health, safety, and well being of residents.

Iveagh Trust offers a caring, ethical, and stable environment to residents and their families so that great ideas can be made into reality.

Our focus is to bring respect and dignity back to the aging
